In January 2024, The Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology signed a cooperation agreement with EgyptAir Hospital to jointly organize training programs for undergraduate students in clinical and hospital pharmacy.
The ceremony included Prof. Mohamed El-Azizi, Faculty Dean, Dr. Ayman Salah, CEO of EgyptAir hospital, and Prof. Yasser Hegazy, GUC President as well as Vice Deans and Heads of Departments of PBT.
The training program will allow students to gain experience in clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care enhancing their practical and clinical skills and preparing them to a professional career in clinical and hospital pharmacy in collaboration with a remarkable health institution that cares about medical awareness and education via its human and technical resources.
After the ceremony, EgyptAir delegation conducted a tour inside the faculty's laboratories, where they praised the well-equipped facilities according to the latest standards followed by international universities.
