In December 2023, 2 international conferences and workshops will take place in GUC, funded by the DAAD-BMBF.
The first is "From Population to Personalized Care: Establishmend of an Egyptian ALS Register" on 1-2 December 2023 organized by Assoc. Prof. Nabila Hamdi, Pharmacology and Toxicology Department. Participants will gain invaluable insights into the latest advancements in neuromuscular research and networking opportunities with national and international professionals in the field.

The second is the 3rd GUC-UULM Workshop on Advanced Chem/Bio Sensing with smart materials on 19 December 2023 organized by Dr. Nesrine Elgohary, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department. The workshop will take participants on a ride through the world of MIPs starting from their conventional synthesis methods up till the most recent synthesis using 3D printing. An overview of the characeterization methods and applications will be discussed.
