Detailed understanding of computer use, IT skills, as well as the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, effective written and spoken communication, and access to continuous training and self-improvement are considered the critical mixture of technical knowledge and “soft skills” that is needed by current and future employees.
At the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology, we prepare our students for the job market by providing them with specific job-related skills and knowledge and enhancing of their personal skills as well. Students are equipped with needed skills through special Training Programs, Committees and Active Work Groups.
